Calling Arsenal a fake club is ridiculous. Highbury was one of the great theatres of football and they have a rich history going back to the 1930's. The fact that they are part of the so called 'elite' is hardly their fault, thats part of what the PL bosses have moulded over the years.
Tottenham's history ls farc less rich but again,WHL was a grest football ground,they did the first double this century and were the first British club to win a major European trophy.
Chelsea. Their history is only recent, very much a two bob club til the Russian mobster turned up. Very much favoured by the media in this PL era and a club of little substance.
The one thing all 3 have in common is their moronic fans and their sense of entitlement. Saying that,fans wern't as cuntish pre Premier League,i think they are a slight reflection on where the game has gone. Being a regular user of this board for over 18 years we clearly have a number of fans who would feel equally at home at any of the above 3

Every board except the Icelandics have took the absolute piss out of west ham united and their supporters . Backed up by a media who for as long as I can remember have banged the 2 north London clubs down the throats of whufc fans constantly .and it's become even worse with the emergence of the fake threat Chelsea . It's way way overdue that the real sleeping giant west ham united awoke and put the fraudulent 3 in there place .

I understand a lot of the 'official attendances' from that era were ones for the tax man & affected by 2 for 1 schemes by turnstile attendants.
But we certainly didnt fill UP every week in the OLDEN DAYS

If letting BFS know you're unhappy at the wanker cupping his ears to the fans is toxic, playing weakened teams in the cup is toxic, then I'm for that!!
We have so much potential, we even fucked it up in the 60's and failed to build on the WC winning trio, I would say we're quite patient. As other posters have said, if the Yids, Arsenal etc had out lack of success there's is no way they would have 60k plus in a disused running track!!
And I'm still pissed off with Tuesday and if we beat Sheffield Utd, it won't make much difference!!

It's areas of the media that is toxic, making out West Hams support is toxic to look after their bluechip brand clubs, when the answer is clearly there for us in consistently high attendance figures and West Ham's trophy cabinet. Add in we've also paid higher than average London rates for our tickets in the main and the only thing you could throw at West Ham fans is being too easy to part with their money......

if you look on westhamstats.info, you would be staggered at the attendances at our home games that season, but I do make you right, 60k every other game and with nothing won for over 40 years, outrageous.

I don’t think there is another club in England who would get the consistent numbers we have had, home and away for so long with such a lack of success and with such a waste of opportunity.
Even being moved to a stadium most of us don’t like didn’t damage it, which is remarkable given the lies that went with the move.
That being said, when you follow a team closely you know a lot of others who also follow that team. I doubt we have any more toxic support than anyone else, it might feel like it from just being more likely to hear negative views as an inevitable consequence of talking about it more often than you would other clubs.

It's absolute laughable nonsense that west ham support is toxic. Any other fan base would be praised to the hilt .If they averaged 60 000. Despite going 41 years without a major trophy. The truth is vast amounts of the media and rival fans are absolutely terrified of a successful whufc. .
